Solar for New Builds & Knockdown Rebuilds
Designed in at architect stage. Cabled in at frame stage. Commissioned at handover. Battery and EV ready from day one — no ugly retrofit cabling, no expensive switchboard rewire later.

Why specify solar before slab pour
New-build solar is dramatically cheaper, cleaner and more capable than the same kit retrofitted in year 3. Six reasons to lock it in now.
Hidden cable runs
We rough-in DC conduits inside wall and ceiling cavities before plaster, so no exposed cabling down brickwork or rusting Colorbond fittings later.
One scaffold, one site visit
Panels installed while the builder's scaffold and edge protection are still up — saves $800–$1,500 in access costs versus a retrofit.
Switchboard sized correctly first time
Switchboard designed from day one for 15–30kW solar, EV charger and Powerwall 3 — no expensive rewire in year 3 when you actually add them.
Orientation & shading optimised
We review architect drawings and recommend roof-plan changes (skylight position, dormer size) before slab pour, when it costs nothing to fix.
Single Form 16 for the whole build
Your electrician hands one combined certificate to the certifier — no chasing a separate solar Form 16 weeks after handover.
Future-proofed for storage & EV
Hybrid-capable inverter, spare DC strings, EV-charger-ready sub-board and Tesla Gateway location all pre-wired at no extra labour.
Don't let the builder's "solar provision" tick-box fool you
Most volume-builder "solar ready" packages include nothing more than a 32A spare in the switchboard. That doesn't get you hidden conduits, a battery sub-board or a properly sized inverter location. Ask for our specification sheet and give it to your builder.

How we slot into your build program
Four touch-points across the build, scheduled around your builder — no delays, no double-handling.
Stage 1 — Design (pre-slab)
We review your architect or builder drawings, mark roof plan for optimum azimuth and pitch, and confirm panel layout, inverter location, and switchboard size with your electrician.
Stage 2 — Frame stage
DC conduits, battery sub-board cable, Tesla Gateway cable and EV charger circuit roughed in before plaster. Adds 1 day to your electrician's frame rough-in.
Stage 3 — Lock-up / roofing
Roof anchors, flashings and rail feet installed at the same time the roofer is on site — eliminates roof-warranty conflicts and saves a second scaffold hire.
Stage 4 — PCI / handover
Panels mounted, inverter commissioned, Energex notified and monitoring app set up. You move in with solar running from day one.
