How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a solar proposal, arrange a site inspection and provide ongoing service and warranty support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Storage and security
Enquiry data is stored in secure, access-controlled systems and is only accessible to authorised iDeal Solar staff. We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to service your account and meet our legal obligations under Australian law.
Cookies and analytics
We use basic analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful, including recording when a click-to-call button is used and which page it was used on. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Access and corrections
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@idealsolar.com.au or calling 1300 038 705.
